Recollection Spirits is a small family-run distillery. Our spirits are inspired by the places we’ve lived, travelled through and kept coming back to.
Our Story
We’re Inna and Igor, the two people behind Recollection Spirits.
We’re both originally from Ukraine, but we met in New Zealand and later made Australia home. We had no background in hospitality or spirits when we started, just a long-standing love of travel, good drinks and places that leave a lasting impression.
Recollection Spirits came together over time. For years, it was something we spoke about in passing. Slowly, it became something we wanted to make real.
