Refund policy

We aim for you to be completely satisfied with your order and strive for all products to arrive in perfect condition. Our Returns Policy aligns with Australian Consumer Law.

If you have received your order and are unhappy with any of the products ordered, we will happily provide you with store credit within 30 days of delivery date. The returned item must be unopened and in its original saleable condition. Please email us via our contact page.

You will be responsible for any additional postage charges.

When your return is received, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. After we access the returned item we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your return. If your returned item is approved, we will provide you with store credit that can be used for future purchases on through our online store or in our tasting room. Store credit will be issued within 5 business days.
