We're excited to welcome you to this exclusive evening! To ensure everyone has a wonderful time, please take a moment to read through these important details.

Age Requirements

This is an adults-only event designed for guests 18 years and over.

Booking and Payment

When you book your tickets, payment is required in full to secure your spot. Once purchased, tickets cannot be transferred to another person or date. You'll receive a booking confirmation email within 24 hours of your purchase.

Cancellation and Refunds

We understand that sometimes plans change. If you need to cancel more than 48 hours before the event, we're happy to provide a full refund. However, we cannot offer refunds for cancellations made within 48 hours of the event date, as we'll have already made certain preparations. If we need to cancel the event due to circumstances beyond our control (such as severe weather or venue issues), we'll either reschedule or provide you with a full refund.

Menu and Dietary Requirements

Our talented chefs have created a special three-course menu just for this evening. Unfortunately, because this is a set menu designed to pair perfectly with our spirits, we're unable to accommodate dietary requirements, food allergies or special meal requests. Please consider this when booking if you have any dietary restrictions.

What to Expect on the Night

Please arrive 15 minutes before the event starts so we can welcome you properly with your signature cocktail. If you're running late, you might miss part of the experience, so we encourage punctuality. The evening will run for approximately three (3) hours, though timing may vary slightly to ensure everyone enjoys each element.

Enjoying Alcohol Responsibly

As this is a premium tasting experience featuring alcohol, we practice responsible service throughout the evening. Our team reserves the right to decline further alcohol service if needed, and we ask all guests to enjoy our spirits responsibly.

Venue Guidelines

We ask that you dress smart casual for the evening - think winter elegance. Events on Citrus has a beautiful atmosphere, and we'd love for everyone to feel comfortable and appropriately dressed. Please don't bring outside food or drinks, as everything you'll need for a perfect evening is included.

Photography and Memories

We may take some photos during the evening to share the magic of Winter Wonderland with others. If you'd prefer not to be photographed, please let our team know when you arrive.
