A note from the distillers

New Zealand is where our story began. It’s where we met, where we spent years exploring, and where we learned to slow down and take things in properly. Long walks through native bush, quiet mountain huts, the kind of places where a simple drink at the end of the day felt earned.

This gin is tied to those moments. Time spent outdoors, crisp air, warm light and the easy rhythm that comes when effort gives way to rest. Often shared with others, sometimes with people you’ve only just met.

Built on a classic dry gin structure, it’s layered with apple and local honey for a gentle softness, supported by juniper, citrus and subtle spice. It opens aromatic, carries a clean, structured palate and finishes dry, with just enough warmth to linger.

Distilled in Melbourne and shaped by our time in New Zealand, it’s less about recreating a place exactly and more about holding onto what it felt like to be there. An invitation to gather, share something good and stay a little longer.
